![]() ![]() Update - I should have mentioned that when you hover over the open with explorer option there is an exclamation point saying "This control is currently disabled." Screenshot attached. One has 32-bit office, the other 64-bit office. Running Office 365 with Access on two computers. The same users with the same rights are involved here. I'm a global admin and also a site collection administrator. In any SharePoint 2013 list the 'open with access' grayed out for some computers and others it works. It could be that i've setup something wrong and permissions aren't set correct. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be able to do this with a file and not exactly sure what a library is. The instructions also mention going to a sharepoint site, selecting a document and under the library ribbon select "Open with Explorer." When I try to map the network drive I get the error "The folder name you entered does not appear to be valied." I'm mapping I've followed the instructions from Microsoft support page. The free, open source download will run on nearly any operating. The issue I am having is that the Shared documents have the ability to use the open with explorer while the other two libraries do not. When I attempt to edit the permissions to remove the limited access they are greyed out. Sharepoint is extremely new to me but I'm trying to figure out how a folder view of a site would look. I have open from anywhere selected in system settings. The end goal is to replace (for the most part) our file server. If I try to play one of these songs on my iphone, it will give me an error message saying: this song is not synced across your devices. All the music that was downloaded from CD has a greyed out cloud icon next to it. We've been using office365 exchange online plan (exchange only) for some time and recently started looking into the E1 plan to test sharepoint. greyed out icloud icons in itunes The music in my itunes library is downloaded from CD as well as from Itunes store. muCommander is described as lightweight, cross-platform file manager with a dual-pane interface. ![]()
